3. Project Highlight: SCADA at Sapporo Brewery Vietnam

One of Hino Systech’s flagship projects is the implementation of a SCADA system for solar power monitoring at Sapporo Brewery Vietnam. With an annual production capacity of 150 million liters, the brewery invested in a rooftop solar power system with a capacity of 706.32 kWdc.

Hino Systech’s SCADA enables real-time monitoring, automatic power factor adjustment, and smart operational switching between solar and diesel generators. This ensures high efficiency without reverse-feed into the grid. The system allows the plant to track energy production, evaluate savings, and maintain stability.

Results show savings equivalent to VND 778,910,000, alongside a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions.
