Driven by sustainable development and green construction initiatives, Hino Systech Vietnam was trusted and selected by Toshiba Corporation to deploy the solar power monitoring system and control equipment for the Net Zero Wooden House Model project. This marks a key advancement in leveraging technology to fulfill environmental commitments and optimize energy efficiency.

Smart Energy Management IoT Platform

At the core of the project is a modern IoT platform deployed by Hino Systech, featuring extensive data acquisition and integration capabilities. The system seamlessly connects energy meters, solar power installations, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, water utilities, machinery, and production lines. Critical parameters—including power capacity, electricity yield, equipment status, and operational metrics—are continuously tracked in real time.

Operational Optimization & Risk Management

Through an intuitive user interface, plant managers and engineers can:

  • Analytics & Alerts: Perform in-depth energy consumption trend analysis, immediately identify abnormal usage spikes, and issue early overload warnings to safeguard the electrical infrastructure.
