About Hino Systech Vietnam

As a direct subsidiary of Hino Systech Japan, we inherit over 70 years of global engineering excellence. We bring more than a decade of practical field deployment experience in industrial automation and energy monitoring systems to the Vietnamese market.

Our Story

Rooted in Practical Engineering
For Vietnamese Factories

Founded in 2015, Hino-Systech Vietnam began not with a conventional business plan, but with a fundamental question: How can we seamlessly integrate rigorous Japanese engineering standards into the exact environments that need them most, namely Vietnam’s industrial plants?

Our founding engineers did not emerge from corporate boardrooms. They came directly from Japanese job sites, environments where every technical detail serves a specific purpose and margins for error are nonexistent. This background forged a distinctive working methodology: deliberate and meticulous in the design phase, highly precise in execution, and fully accountable all the way through to actual operation.

Through a decade of hands-on field deployment in Vietnam, Hino-Systech recognized that a "one-size-fits-all" approach fails in industrial applications. Every facility features a unique technical configuration; every investor faces specific constraints regarding timelines and resources. Hino-Systech Vietnam operates with a clear mission to bridge that gap by aligning uncompromising Japanese technical standards with the practical operational realities of Vietnam.

This is why every project we undertake begins with a comprehensive technical analysis, not merely a quotation. And it concludes only when a stable, optimized operational system is achieved, not just when an acceptance certificate is signed.

Core Competencies

Capabilities & Strengths

The Hino-Systech Vietnam difference stems from rigorous Japanese engineering standards, a dedicated local team, and proven execution capabilities.

  • Japanese Engineering Standards

Inheriting over 70 years of process automation and factory automation experience from Hino Systech Corporation, we build upon a technical foundation proven across industrial projects in Japan and globally.

  • Local Engineering Team

Over 0 engineers extensively trained in industrial automation and fluent in both Japanese and Vietnamese serve as a direct technical bridge between client requirements and practical implementation in Vietnam.

  • End-to-End Execution

We serve as a single point of responsibility for the entire project lifecycle. Our scope covers everything from site surveys, design, and PLC/SCADA programming to control panel fabrication, field installation, commissioning, and operational handover.

  • Systematic Quality Control

Our QA/QC processes are standardized in accordance with JIS and ISO standards and applied consistently from design through to final acceptance. This ensures all engineering deliverables fully meet the rigorous requirements of both Japanese and Vietnamese clients.

Execution Capabilities

How We Work

We ensure zero "accountability gaps" in every project. Our standardized processes clearly define roles across all phases, from site surveys to commissioning.

  • Step 1

    Initial Assessment & Site Survey

Our engineers conduct hands-on site visits. We never provide remote quotations or phone estimates. We thoroughly assess the actual condition of your system before proposing any solution.

  • Step 2

    Engineering Design & Proposal

Every solution is custom-engineered for the specific project rather than using generic templates. Technical drawings and comprehensive plans are fully aligned with the client prior to implementation.

  • Step 3

Fabrication & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Control panels and equipment are fabricated in-house to meet committed technical standards. All items undergo rigorous, fully documented inspections. They only leave the facility upon successfully meeting all requirements.

  • Step 4

    Installation & Commissioning

Our engineers remain present throughout the entire on-site installation and integration process. Comprehensive acceptance testing is conducted on both hardware and software prior to handover.

  • Step 5

    Handover & Operation

The final handover includes complete as-built documentation and operational training for the client's personnel. Our maintenance services and technical support continue throughout the entire lifecycle of the system.

Certifications & Standards

Meeting international certifications

Every product leaving our facility undergoes a rigorous inspection process.

  • Japan

    JIS

Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) are applied across all products.

  • International
